We first met this couple (and their dog) at this very same hotel a few years ago at his sister’s wedding. The excitement was real when they contacted us to photograph their own big day. It was beyond a pleasure to capture this day for them. Our wedding photography style blended perfectly with their laid back personalities. Anyone who wants to include their fur baby into their wedding ceremony is automatically a favorite of ours. Right!? Who doesn’t love a cute doggy! The day could not have been more beautiful. With perfect weather and stunning beach background, we photographed them as they became husband and husband. One thing that we love about the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa is the wedding area overlooking the beach. It is so perfect for those wedding guests who wish to keep their feet sand-free. You get the best of both worlds.
Any time that we get asked to be a couple’s wedding photographer is an honor. But there is something so special to me about LGBT weddings. We have come a long way from the old days. While we are moving at a slow pace, I am so happy to see that we ARE moving away from hate. My hope and prayer is that we continue on the trend to love one another. To stand up for each other. Because love is love, and no one should stand in the way of love.
