What is Document Your Vacay??
We are so glad that you asked! And even more excited to tell you about it! Vacations are some of the most treasured memories that most of us have of our family. Why not have it documented?
I am not talking about coordinating outfits on the beach at sunset. I am referring to the moments that we remember and want to keep in our hearts forever. It is not often that we get to provide our children with 100% of our time and focus.
Vacation is some of the fewest and shortest days that us to do this. By having us photograph it for you, not only do you have amazing images forever, but you can relax and truly be apart of each moment.
If you are like us, most of your vacation pictures are of just the kids. Would it not be amazing to gift your child images of them having fun with you! Think of all of your favorite childhood moments with your parents. Just imagine having a story book that you can hold in your hands that feature those moment. Freaking Amazing to me! I know that I would love to have an album of family vacations growing up.

Model Call & what we are looking for…
We are in the search of families who are vacationing at the beachside hotels here in Vero Beach Florida. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vero Beach Hotel and Spa
- Disney Vero Beach Resort
- Costa D’Este
Locals on Stay-Vacation are also encouraged and welcomed to apply!
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IF CHOSEN….
If
selected, you will receive a gift voucher to Seaglass Photography with a
total value of $600. The gift voucher entitles you to documenting your
day for a minimum of 4 hours, plus a $100 product credit which may be
used towards your purchase of an album or art work. Albums are our most
popular product and pricing starts at $950.
How to Apply:
To
continue with your submission, we would love to learn more about you
and your family. Please fill out the form located at the end of this
email. {Please no text, emails, phone calls, facebook or instagram messages} We are mostly inspired by your stories, so feel free to brag
about your kids or tell us funny stories. Who doesn’t love to do that!
If the timing of your vacation and your family’s story fits our
project, we will contact you to set up a video chat consultation at
which time we can dive more into the fun details of your story. A $100
retainer fee will also be due at this time. This retainer will be
refunded to you after you complete the session (or you may apply it to
your purchase, if you wish). It will be forfeited if you cancel or don’t
attend the session.
Fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
The purpose of this form is to determine if you and your children
would be suitable participants for the current creative project we’re
working on. Please be as thorough in your descriptions as possible.
We’ll sometimes find inspiration that takes us in an entirely new
direction, and we’ll create a new concept just for you.
